Spring Demo days 2019

January has passed us by in the blink of an eye and I can barely believe we hit February this coming week! It must be time, therefore, to announce the dates for the Spring demo days with Paddlefast in 2019.

We will be visiting a couple of different venues on the canal, taking advantage of our central location to hopefully encourage people across Scotland to try our range of demo boards, paddles and other gear.

Where and when

The Paddlefast team will be available from 10am to 2pm on the following dates:

23rd March Saturday – Park Bistro, Linlithgow (the Edinburgh side of Linlithgow)

6th April Saturday – The Stables, Kirkintilloch

25th May Saturday – venue tbc

What kit can I try?

Paddlefast has a variety of inflatable stand up paddleboards and hard paddleboards available for people to try on demo days. Whether you have never tried stand up paddleboarding before, or have a few years under your belt and are thinking of progressing to a faster, racier board, come along to try before you buy.

In addition at the demo days, we have a number of paddles available from entry level alloy to light, sexy carbon.

What should I wear?

Paddlefast will provide boards, paddles, leashes and life jackets as needed. If you haven’t paddled before, please wear running or gym-wear bearing in mind the conditions on the day. Bring with you a spare change of clothes and a towel, just in case!
