Code: Taster Session 02/05
- This is a great opportunity to come and have a go at this brilliant, sociable sport.
- If you are already a paddler, why not bring your stuff along and bring a non-paddling friend or two to have a go? Or perhaps try Paddlefast's equipment in case you are looking for a board or paddle upgrade.
- Take advantage of top tips from an ASI qualified instructor *if you would like a proper lesson, please book this in advance by contacting email@example.com*
Paddlefast will have a variety of boards and paddles available from Red Paddle Co, Naish and Starboard.
PARKING - as you turn off the main road, head in towards the Boathouse, then turn left back on yourself towards the marina. You should spot the Paddlefast van.
THEN WHERE? - With your back to the main road, looking at the marina, head left and you should spot the pontoon we are launching from.
WHAT TO WEAR - this is an outdoor activity and it is possible/probable that you will fall in the water. If you don't have a wetsuit, we would recommend sports wear and trainers. Please bring a towel and a change of clothes, just in case.
Buoyancy Aids are available.
Please note: at busy times, you may have to wait until a board becomes available. Please make yourself known to Emma and avail yourself of the catering facilities in the Boathouse until a board becomes available.
